Incontinence
This means a temporary or permanent loss of control over the bladder or bowels. Women are sometimes prone to urinary stress incontinence following childbirth, and experience some leakage if they run, sneeze or laugh. The pressure on the pelvic floor of pregnancy and birth can weaken the muscles there. Thankfully, in almost all cases, this can be rectified by doing pelvic floor exercises.
