So many prams...one aim - I just want to push my baby! Pram 1 - We went for the M&P Luna with carrycotoption. After having twins first time around in a "standard front facing buggy"i wanted to see my baby for the first few months of their life, whilstit also being easily manouverable and lightweight with toddler twins to look after too. The hood was faulty...pram was used 3 times in 11 weeks (thank goodness for my snugbaby sling!)... M&P were fab and replaced carrycot for a brand new one...but i didnt get to use it as the hood was the same! So they offered me a choice of new prams and i came away the new (and rather excited) owner of a Ziko Herbie!! This pram was a dream - it wasnt lightweight..but it was gorgeous, easy to manouevre, did i say gorgeous?! And life was uneventfulor 10mths ...until the front wheel started to feel funny- cue 2 replacement wheelsand still no better i FINALLY was given a brand new chasis! My problems were answered - soi thought!!! 3 weeks of merrily pushing the pram 6 miles+ a day inoticed the brake didnt quite catch...i took it back to M&P to discover - the wheelhad never been attached to the frame! Obviously, having my baby's life hang in the balance like that i didnt want the pram back. M&P have been nothing but helpful through my (i am hoping rare bad luck with their items) and although they seem to have a breakdown of comms/lack of consistancy between instore and customer services..and of course my "colaints" going on for 4 months at one point.. i have still at the end of the day felt un-negative about then. I am npw the owner of a Petit Star Zia. Impulse buy-usually when i take my time deciding it seems too go pearshaped!!(see above) This is now 1mth old and so far so good-infact..it is almost perfect-if only it was rear facing!!! Still...im not counting my chickens...
