This lightweight twin puschair from Mamas and Papas has a compact umbrella fold for easy travel and storage. You can adjust the backrest for each child and is a really slim on the width so easier to fit through doorways or crowded shopping malls. Plus it's suitable from birth so a great travel pushchair for a first holiday. If you want something a little more substantial consider the Mamas and Papas Voyage Twin which comes with a bit more comfort (padded seats and head rests), plus there's a window in the hood so you can double check each baby from behind (£285).
