Verona is a south London gem, offering small group and private antenatal classes, postnatal and breastfeeding support for south east London mums.  Classes are held at the Family Natural Health Centre in Lordship Lane, SE22 or in your own home.  Postnatally she also runs workshops covering baby massage, breastfeeding (she's a lactation consultant) and other new-parenthood challenges.
