Expensive, grubby and under staffed.
The charges here are extremely high compared to other well known indoor play centres
Before 4.30 - Under 2's £5.30
After 4.30 - Under 2's £3.90
You also have to pay £1 per adult, I admit it is more reasonable after 4.30 but then its after school rush and its like a mad house. Kids as old as 12 run around in the designated under 3's area and the staff do not even bat an eyelid, there are only ever two staff looking after the whole place and you have to keep asking them to get the older kids out of the under 3's area. My 11 month old has been nearly jumped on twice now and the staff just dont seem to care.
The cafe reminds me of a greasy spoon and the staff have either forgotton my order or demanded I give them a table number when the whole place was practically empty.
I would only go back to this place if I was desperate to take my baby somewhere.
