The Ark Open Farm, 296 Bangor Road

Ark Open Farm specialises in the preservation of rare and endangered species or domestic animals. The long running public farm is home to over 200 tame and friendly animals including goats, cattle, alpacas, llamas, sheep, pigs, ponies and poultry.

Kids can meet, touch, pet and ride many of the animals at the farm as well as enjoy pedal go karts, nature walks and an outdoor adventure area.

The Ark is, just as its name suggests, open all year round, from 10am-6pm daily. Winter sees the farm close at 5pm.
