Clinica, Tissue Oil review

RRP: £10.80

Clinica Tissue Oil is a blend of natural oils which soothe the skin and help to prevent stretch marks. This product is rich in Vitamin E, evening primrose oil, almond oil and coconut oil extracts. This non-greasy formula is suitable for any scar tissue, and is highly versatile in its application, being suitable as a massage oil during pregnancy, a moisturising bath oil and to repair the skin after sun damage.

The oil should be applied twice a day in slow, circular motions. During pregnancy try massaging for 5 minutes, working from the navel upwards, sideways and downwards, as this helps to tone muscles and adds elasticity to the skin.

I have been using this product for about three weeks now when i put it on it doesnt feel as light on my skin as other oils that i have used before. It does leave my skin very soft and smells very nice. After having two children i have been fortunatevand did not end up with many stretch marks but the ones i did have the oil did make them fade. I thinl its a good product and would recommend it to anyone who is pregnant or had a baby.

After having my second baby a month ago I have been using this, admittedly only every couple of days, and I've got loads of dark purple stretchmarks on my belly, so it's hard to tell how much difference this product has made. However, it's a very pleasant oil to use, I'm not keen on oily products usually but it doen't feel that greasy and soon sinks in to your skin. It also smells pleasant and I like the fact that you can use it in the bath.
