Baby dance classes from 3.5yrs (unaccompanied) taking place at Trewirgie Junior School, Falmouth Road, Redruth. The classes are very much based on fun and use music to teach co-ordination and rhythym within a story telling element. They sing and action and there is lots of movement. It is not a formal dance lesson. The school believes that it is important for children to learn to enjoy dance first. At 5yrs old they have a little exam which is made into a fun day - with pretty dresses etc. There is a big show every 3 yrs with all students taking part but there are also smaller impromptu performances that parents are invited along to. All teachers are fully qualified.
