  Sure Start Children's Centres, Tamworth.  These are brilliant for all parents with children aged 0-4.  They offer a wide range of activities for all preschoolers including breakfast clubs where children can meet and enjoy a healthy meal, messy play which is a hands on session for children to explore and create and other various sessions geared around encouraging youngsters in all areas of development.  Best of all, most sessions are free!
