I have shopped at Mothercare in Worcester recently, I was walking around looking at pushchairs for a long time before anyone acknowledged me and even then they werent that helpfull. The store has a large selection on show however the staff memeber that helped us didnt appear to know a lot about any of the pushchairs, and the only I saw on line advertised at Mothercare, the staff member knew nothing about and wasnt very willing to look into it. Mothercare offer a fab service advertising there baby plan, but again the staff member didnt know a lot and it was alot of humming and errring!. Wasnt the best experience I have had shoppig at Mothercare and really put me off going back and spending money there, perhaps more staff should be trained on the products they sell.
