Wexham Park offers a modern consultant-led unit for approximately 3500 births per annum. The unit caters for higher-risk pregancies than nearby Heatherwood Hospital, as well as having a Special Care Baby Unit. There are 11 refurbished delivery rooms, and a home-from-home waterbirth room. Birth Centre opened in 2005. The post-natal wards have entry CCTV and babies are electronically tagged.
