Move Your Bump

Move Your Bump is an ante-natal package of two personal training sessions per week for 24 weeks during your pregnancy, that will help you maintain your fitness alongside a nutritionally balanced diet. Post-natally you can sign up for "Get Your Butt Back" which helps you regain your former figure (this can be 2 sessions a week for 8 weeks, or 3 sessions a week for 12 weeks).
