The German Military Underground Hospital was dug out in three and a half years by hundreds of forced labourers from several countries. It's a giant complex of 7,000 m2 and 15,000 tons of concrete.  The hospital was equipped with an operating theatre, kitchen, cinema, staff quarters and wards for 500 patients, these numbers could be doubled in an emergency.  There has been no attempt to actually restore the tunnels (they are privately owned), so what you see has an authentic atmosphere.  Open during the summer season only, so call in advance.
