Motorola launched a new range of audio and video baby monitors this autumn. Top of the range is this MBP36 digital video monitor which is packed with easy-to-use features, including a remote control video handset for parents and a colour LC video screen.

Parents can both zoom in on their sleeping baby, as well as tilt and pan the camera to keep an eye on a restless toddler - and at night there is infrared night vision. There is built in wireless technology for maximum portability and a secure, interference-free digital signal. What's more if you go out of range - an alert will sound.

A sensitive microphone picks up even the smallest of snuffles, but you can also switch to silent mode and rely on the five LED lights indicating noise level. Additional features include a range of pre-recorded lullabies and a room temperature monitor.
